The Esther Matthew Tonlagha Foundation (EMT Foundation) has celebrated Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday, praising her contributions to humanitarian causes and the empowerment of vulnerable Nigerians.
In a congratulatory message, the foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, Asst. Pastor Mrs Esther Tonlagha, described the First Lady as a woman of compassion, faith and dedicated service to humanity.
Tonlagha commended Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), particularly its interventions in education, healthcare, economic empowerment, agriculture, food security and social investment.
She also highlighted the First Lady’s advocacy for women and the girl child, noting that several initiatives under the RHI have supported women entrepreneurs, young people, students and vulnerable families.
According to her, Tinubu’s approach to public service demonstrates how the office of the First Lady can be used to promote positive social change and provide support to Nigerians in need.
The foundation also recalled Tinubu’s recent visit to Delta State, describing it as a significant homecoming that reinforced her connection with the people of the Niger Delta.
Tonlagha said the EMT Foundation identifies with the First Lady’s vision, noting that its own programmes focus on education, agriculture, food security, scholarships, vocational training and the empowerment of women, youths and vulnerable households.
As Tinubu marks her 66th birthday on Monday, September 21, 2026, the foundation wished her continued wisdom, good health, strength and grace in her service to the country.
“Today, we celebrate your 66 years and, more importantly, the lives you have touched, the hope you have inspired and the positive impact you continue to make as First Lady of Nigeria,” Tonlagha said.
