Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Barry, has become the first contestant to secure a place in the grand finale of the reality show.
Barry clinched the coveted spot on Monday after emerging victorious in the Week 8 Head of House challenge.
Following his victory, Big Brother announced Barry as the first finalist of the season, guaranteeing his place in the finale and immunity from eviction for the remainder of the competition.
The HoH win also handed Barry the Ultimate Veto Power, giving him the authority to save one housemate from possible eviction.
After listening to pitches from his fellow housemates, Barry exercised the power in favour of Aikou, saving his fellow housemate from this week’s eviction.
The decision means Aikou will remain in the competition, while other housemates face the pressure of securing their places as the Season 11 race enters its crucial final stretch.
