Rapper OdumoduBlvck has expressed his readiness to die for his woman, noting that any man who cannot die for his woman is a fool.
Speaking on the In Motion Podcast on October 2, the rapper said his views on love and marriage are shaped by the Christian faith.
OdumoduBlvck referenced the Bible’s teaching that husbands should love their wives as Christ loved the church.
“Any man wey talk say he no fit d+e for him woman na big fool,” OdumoduBlvck said. “Because me now I’m a Christian.”
He explained that since Christ died for the church, he believes a man should be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for his wife. He also mentioned he expects to die before his wife because she is younger and women generally live longer than men.
OdumoduBlvck added that he wants his wife to continue what he started and care for their children after his death, joking that she would have to distribute his belongings to them.
The rapper also used chess as an analogy to describe his view of women, comparing the queen to the strongest piece on the board.
“If you don’t understand the concept of loving a woman, putting a woman where a woman is meant to be… if you look at chess, the strongest piece na queen,” he said.
