Jude Okoye’s Trial Suffers Set Back Due To Absence Of Peter Okoye
The fraud trial of Jude Okoye, former partner of the music group, P-Square, at the Federal High Court, Lagos, suffered set back on Wednesday, because absence of the prosecution witness.
The prosecution key witness and plaintiff, Peter Okoye, expected to undergo cross-examination by the defence, was absence at the proceedings.
Jude Okoye and his company, Northside Music Limited, are facing a seven-count charge brought by the EFCC over an alleged ₦1.3 billion and $1 million fraud.
Justice Alexander Owoeye adjourned the case to September 21 for continuation of the trial.
