Youths in Ogun State have thrown their weight behind the second term ambition of Governor Ibikunle Amosun.

The Youths, who converged on Abeokuta, the state capital lauded ‎the Governor for rapid transformation of the socio-economic landscape of the state.

As preparation for the 2015 general election gather momentum, youths in ogun state have declared their support for the return of Governor Ibikunle Amosun in the coming election.

The youths, who converged on the Moshood Abiola International Stadium in Abeokuta, marched round some streets in the state capital declaring their support for the second term bid of the Governor.

They disclosed that having moved round the three senatorial districts in the state and with massive projects initiated by the present administration, Amosun deserve second term and should be return to complete the ongoing projects.

The leader of the youth, Ibrahim Kolade, while presenting the views, the Deputy Chief of Staff, Suaib Salisu , who received the youth on behalf of Governor Amosun, stated that they were ready to campaign for the re-election of the Governor base on his performance since the inception of his administration.

In his response, the Deputy Chief of Staff Commended the youth for their initiative adding that the Government was overwhelmed by their solidarity and support.

He charged them to continue to mobilise other youths in the state for the continuous voters registration exercise ‎adding that this remained the only way to realise their ambition of returning Amosun in 2015.
