Popular and notorious criminal, famously known as Kenneth Osaro, alias Mba Joe has been declared wanted by the Rivers state police command.

Mba Joe is said to be allegedly responsible for the series of crimes in Elele local government area of the state.

He was one of the thirty two persons declared wanted by the security agencies in the state three months ago.

The state police command, through the police public relations officer, Nnamdi Omoni says one million naira ransom has been packaged for anyone with useful intelligence that could lead to his arrest.

Omoni also, assured residents of adequate security before, during and after the Easter celebration.
