Ondo state command of the Nigeria police has debunked the news carried major newspapers that an officer of the command stabbed nine people at an eatery in Akure the state capital.

Speaking with galaxy news, the state police public relation officer, Femi Joseph said the news is fake and unfounded. He said the fracas that involved an officer of the command was with other two men who are currently at large.

He vowed that the command will do everything possible to unravel the fact about the fracas.
