A tragic fire incident on Thursday 13th occurred in Agbala community of Owerri North local government of Imo state, southeast Nigeria.

The unfortunate incident happened when a fully Ladden tanker vired off the road and collided with road pavement thereby losing control and somersaulted multiple times.

The tank went off the vehicle and landed on the ground causing a massive explosion.

The fire did not get the attention fireman immediately thereby leading to the death of one and many others suffered various degrees of injuries.

Eye witness while interacting with galaxy TV news correspondent Ajibade Awofeso said everything happened very fast, they said the driver from all indication slept off while on motion and rest was history.

Road safety personnel who were on the ground said drivers should learn to take adequate rest and stop forcing themselves to drive and ensure they take the needed rest and sleep at every given point
