Senator representing Borno South and Chief Whip of the Senate, Ali Ndume, on Tuesday staged a walkout from the Red Chamber.

Senator Ndume had during plenary raised a Point of Order Citing Order 54 of the Senate Rule, the Senate Chief Whip expressed strong reservations about the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio handling of the plenary which he noted were in breach of the rules.

Ndume had called the attention of the house to some abnormalities he had observed that are against the rules of the house noting that nobody is too big to learn.

It was gathered that in the course of his explanation, the Senate President, Godwill Akpabio interjected him and ruled him out of order.

Distribed by the development, Senator Ndume later stormed out of the Chamber and went straight to his office.

The Senate President consequently called for an Executive Session of the Red Chamber.
