Labour urged FG to create business friendly environment
The Federal government has been encouraged to put policies in place to discourage casualisation of workers in the country.
The call was made on Monday in Ado Ekiti at the 28th annual industrial relations seminar organised by National Union of chemical footwear, rubber leather and non-metallic products employees.
The national president of the union, Gabriel Olatunji said economic instability in Nigeria is caused by lack of economic policy framework, unclear economic policy directions and ineffective implementation of economic policies.
Participants at the seminar also observed that manufacturing sector in Nigeria has been denied the opportunity to thrive.
While calling on the federal government to solve insecurity challenges in the country, the participants called on President Muhammad Buhari to discourage the promotion of ineptitude in his administration.
