A Catholic Bishop of Yola diocese and chairman Christian Association of Nigeria Stephen Dami Mamza tasked Christian faithful not to give up in times of persecution; rather they should have faith and believe in God.

Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza disclosed this Sunday during the celebration of first Sunday of the month where Nigeria is 59th years old.

Mamza appeals to all Christians to always come together and join their voices to pray to God for the total restoration of peace in the land 

The Bishop called on the rich to always extend the hands of fellowship to the poor so that God's blessings will at all-time locate them.

According to him, Nigeria is one of the poorest countries that need God's intervention for the people to survive and accommodate one another for the growth of Nation
