As the Nigerian Senate in the wake of Wednesday witnessed the drama from after the disappearance of the Senate's mace, two Senators have again escaped being kidnapped when the armed hoodlums stormed the Senate on Wednesday, April 18.

Though Galaxy News is yet to confirm who these targeted lawmakers are, the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu disclosed this when members of the House of Representatives, in a solidarity gesture came to the Senate Chamber in the wake of the day’s events.

Ekweremadu made this revelation at the same moment when he issued the ultimatum to the security operatives for the recovery of the stolen mace.
