Jonathan insists on restructuring Nigeria

Former Nigerian president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has said that the implementation of the APC report on restructuring would go a long way in improving the state of the Nigerian economy.


 

 He made the disclosure at his country home of Otuoke community in Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa state, when the state governor Seriake Dickson led prominent Ijaw leaders to brief him on their report.

 Speaking on restructuring, the former president emphasized on the gains if the ruling party implement the report.

Bayelsa state governor spoke on his mission to the former president's country while the former president commended the governor for leading the campaign.

 It would be recalled that leaders of Ijaw ethnic nationality had met with its national leader Pa Edwin Clark in Delta state, to deliberate on the APC report submitted by the governor of Kaduna state El-Rufai before meeting the former president.
