INT’L ARTISTES PRESENCE AT CALABAR FESTIVAL

As Calabar Festival gathers momentum, International Artistes have started registering their presence in the nation’s paradise.

One of such was a renowned gospel artiste, Chevelle Franklyn of Jamaica who held the audience spell bound with her performance during the Canaan Praise Night, programme of the festival at the Calabar Municipal Council ground where she thrilled them with international gospel tunes and rhythms.

Also in the line up was a Kora award winner and one of Nigeria’s best gospel artiste’s, Sammie Okposo, the Welu-Welu master, along side other best holies in the likes of Marvelous Odiete, Godswill Daniel, Kingsley Agbor and Odems, who all took the spectacular audience down south-South and contemporary gospel acts.

Pastor Obus added flavor to the night when he shook the jaws and cheeks of the audience to laughter with inspiring gospel comedy acts and dances which gave him so much admittance by audience.

Praise festival continues again this Sunday, at the Calabar Municipal Council ground and great artiste from within and outside nigeria like Ron Kenoly are expected to perform.
