The commissioner of police in Osun state, FimihanAdeoye has appealed to residents of the state to always be conscious of their movement and who they relate with in the interest of their safety.

This advice is coming due to the prevailing situation in the state and the gruesome murder of students of the University of Osun by some people that have been charged to court.

The Commissioner of Police who assured residents of their safety called for vigilance and cooperation with all security agencies in order to curtail the activities of criminal elements in the state.

Adeoye said the command will leave no stone untruned on the ongoing investigation on the killing of the students, but appealed to his colleagues to be calm and remain law abiding.
