Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), KADUNA branch have added their voice to the recent security challenge in the country between the farmers and herders conflict.

The Kaduna state chapter of the Christian association said there can’t be any meaningful development without peace.

This was made known in a roundtable discussion between members of the association across the twenty-three local governments in the state and Kaduna peace commission.

CAN Secretary Rev Sunday Ibrahim said Nigerians must realize that peace is inevitable and without peace, nothing positive can be achieved in the country.

He also said members of his organization have done their part by presenting a well-articulated report and he hopes both the commission and government adopt it to enable peace and stability reign in the state.
