A group, Host communities producing oil and gas in the Niger Delta has threatened to expose the cabals behind illegal refineries and oil theft in the region.

The national chairman of the group, Mike Emuh made the disclosure during the passing out parade of ex-militant youths under the proposed federal government pipeline surveillance job for ten thousand repentant militants, at the NYSC orientation camp in Issele-Uku Delta state.

Addressing the youths and dignitaries with the youths displaying placards of their preparedness, the HOSTCOM chairman said cabals behind oil theft will be exposed.

On their part, the president Niger Delta Bishop’s Forum commended President Buhari for the initiative as an ex-militant and the president, national youth council of Nigeria spoke on their readiness.

Dignitaries present at the event include; traditional rulers, retired military general, David Ejoor as well as the over three thousand uniformed youths who participated in the passing out before their posting.
