Fuel scarcity hits Warri

Fuel scarcity has returned to the city of Warri south and Uvwie local government area of Delta state.

This is coming despite the statement by the Nigerian Labour Congress on Nigerians to disregard the warning strike by the labor union.

Speaking on the scarcity, the motorists appeal to the federal government to intervene in reducing the hardship of the people.

Other commercial tricycle operators blame petrol station owners for alleged sharp practices, while also lamenting the effect of the scarcity.

Meanwhile, most petrol stations visited where still not dispensing petrol as commercial tricycle operators and motorists wait endlessly without success.

It will be recalled that NUPENG in Warri had last week warned on the warning strike, while also urging the NNPC to halt the loading of petroleum product.
