Former Delta state commissioner for Transport under the administration of the former Delta state governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan and leading candidate for the House of Representatives inEthiope constituency, Mr. Ben Igbakpa, has denied being on the run as a result of a declaration of him being wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC).

 The former commissioner made this known at Oghara community two years after been away since the Okowa government took over.

Speaking at a gathering of community youths after visiting the traditional ruler of Oghara community, the PDP candidate spoke on the alleged manhunt by the EFCC.

On his political opponents, he advised them to deviate from blackmailing him as they have also served the government.

It will be recalled that the former Delta transport commissioner was accused of diverting government properties belonging to Delta line transport company and could not account for the properties before leaving office.
