The House committe on industry is presently holding a public hearing.

The essence of the hearing is to consider passing certain bills. These include bill for an act to repeal small and medium scale enterprise development agency; a bill that would make it mandatory for tyre manufacturing, check expiry dates and prohibit importations as well.

The committe will also debate a bill for an act to establish Chatered Instituite for Training and Development of Nigeria.
